Hello and welcome to my very first blog post, my name is Omid.
I cannot believe it has been seven months already since I started Shine Occupational therapy. The past seven months were precisely like a rollercoaster. There have been a lot of ups and down, but all of them are exciting. Everything is starting to settle down, or it could be "the calm before the storm". In any case, this has been long due, and I decided it is time for me to get on here and start the next Chapter.
What is Shine Occupational Therapy?
Shine Occupational Therapy is a paediatric ( or paediatric) occupational therapy service that aims to help children under 14 years old improve their daily living skills. These skills include but are not limited to attention, gross motor, fine motor, sensory processing, developmental skills, etc.
Where is Shine Occupational Therapy?
We are a mobile service. The therapy sessions happen at schools, daycare centres, or homes. This, of course, depends on how old your child is, what your preferences are and what availabilities we have. We have all the equipment for our therapy session, so you don't need to worry about anything.
Well, I have tried to answer the most common questions that people have for me. I hope I have been able to give more information about what we are doing. I will keep up with these posts whenever I talk about something new. I will try to keep it short and informative.
